H1N1 has been spreding out in UPSI. Students only concerned about this when a few students have been detected positive H1N1. There several precaution steps that can be taken by student from this infection getting worse. Hope UPSI students be aware and apply the precaution from now.
1- wash hands
2- avoid touch your face,nose and
mouth with dirty hands.
3- drinks a lot of water
4- if you have the symptoms like
fever,cough and and sorethroat
immediately see a doctor.

life without obstacle means life is nothing..God give us brain and wisdom to settle up all the restriction. Only the one that has strong physical and metal support can cope with this up and down life wave.
